B.Y.O.B. Toolbox Kit

Are you feeling down and out? Are people getting on your nerves? Does your family, friends, or your job irritate you? You can have better control of these emotions with these techniques in this toolbox kit. Hard times present the opportunity to be a better version of yourself.

Tool #1 – Release Guilt & Self Condemnation

Call joy to the front of your thinking, call peace of mind your best friend, and forgive yourself completely. Forgive yourself for your shortcomings, forgive yourself for being late, forgive yourself for going to jail, forgive yourself for cheating, forgive yourself for lying, and forgive yourself for not loving yourself.

Tool #2 – Love without Restrictions

Why do we place qualifications on love? Answer: We are conditioned by our environments. For example, you did this to me so my love for you goes a limited distance. You did not take out the trash in time. I don’t love you. Why are you coming home so late? I don’t love you. You did not remember my birthday, our anniversary, or that meeting. I don’t love you. You do me wrong time and time again. I don’t love you. This must cease. Discontinue placing conditions, restrictions, and revenge on God’s love. None of these examples matter to God who dwells in your brain. What type of love would die for your sins? Unconditional love, love without judgment, and everlasting love is the answer. There is no blemish to your being. HIS grace and mercy are sufficient. * Love Yourself *

Tool #3 – Positive Technology

When you are feeling low, vibrating at a low frequency, very irritable, extremely frustrated, and angry. Apply this technology and listen to your choice of an uplifting song.

Eliminate all inner doubt by canceling your voice of fear. Reverse fear by speaking words of excitement. Reject comparing yourself to others by removing the thoughts of self-speculation. When you see others doing well wish that individual more blessings. Congratulate, encourage & inspire the next person instead of beating yourself with negative thinking. Do not make anxious decisions. Calm down, slow down, and relax. Embrace solitude and repeat positive affirmations to yourself. Practice being grateful by accepting and applying the Grateful Challenge.

Tool #4 – Encouraging Bullet Points

  • Dream big and believe in it.
  • A positive thought produces a positive consequence.
  • Know exactly what you want.
  • Excellence is a kick that opens the door of opportunity.
  • Working past your eight-hour shift will bring success. Work on your goal for 1 to 2 more hours.
  • Develop a healthy sense of urgency. Avoid an attitude of struggle.
  • Thinking without action is a delay.
  • Be aware of lessons learned.
  • Do not stop asking questions.
  • Have an attitude of gratitude, and be optimistic.
  • Bad days present the chance to practice the practice.
